Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payments and sent via freight forwarder with tracking. If you prefer express delivery, please contact us when placing your order. There will then be an extra cost. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The handling fees are fixed, whereas the transport fees vary depending on the total weight and destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Unfortunately, we are not able to group two different orders that are placed separately, and shipping costs will then apply to each of them. Your package is sent insured and special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
