Account agreement

When you shop at OTiUM Store, you enter into an agreement to create an account with us. Your order history is collected in your account and you can see the status of your orders.

Payment

By confirming an order, payment liability is allowed for the content of the order and any shipping costs.

Private individuals and companies pay for their orders via the chosen alternative partner at check-out. Read more about each partner's terms on their websites. You can track your package using the respective shipping company's tracking service.

Discounts

OTiUM Store constantly has promotions and special offers. These can not be combined. However, it is the highest discount that applies.

Sales to minors

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent's permit to order from us.

Purchase on approval for 30 days

At OTiUM Store, you as a private customer have a 30-days purchase on approval.

For us, it is important that our customers feel secure with their purchase from OTiUM Store and have the opportunity to try the products and feel that they have bought the right product for their unique needs.

Purchase on approval means that you have the right to cancel a purchase with us within 30 days of completed purchase if the product and packaging are in a substantially unchanged condition compared to when you bought it. Of course, it's okay if you have broken any seal and tested the product. It is needed to be able to fully evaluate it. However, we assume that the product is carefully used / tested and does not show signs of wear for full compensation to be paid. If the product has been damaged or returned in an incomplete condition, we have the right to assess how much the sales value has decreased and deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

Purchase on approval does not apply to gift cards. Our purchase on approval for 30 days is an extension of the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (see below) that you as a consumer always have for distance purchases.

Please note that purchase on approval does not apply to companies.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer (private person), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive an item we have sent to you, even if the packaging is opened. Note that the packaging must be broken with the least possible damage. If the product has been damaged or returned in an incomplete condition, we have the right to assess how much the sales value has decreased and deduct this amount from the return money.

Before you return anything to us, you must contact us to obtain a return number. You as a customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping when you cancel the purchase. Product must be returned no later than 14 days after you have contacted us stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

In order for us to be able to identify the reason for the return for the shipment and the order of origin, fill in and attach the Consumer Agency's regret form with your return.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the return to us. We therefore recommend that you send traceable.

We will refund / credit the money to you no later than 10 days after the return has reached the recipient.

Returns are sent to the recipient we specify when you contact us.

As sustainability is important to us (and certainly for you as well), we ask you to think once more about the environmental and climate consequences of a return before you return your purchase.

Warranty & Complaints

We provide a one-year warranty on all products. If you have a problem with an item, you must contact us before sending the product back - we can in many cases provide solutions for common problems. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may in some cases refer to the manufacturer's support for more qualified troubleshooting and RMA approval.

Please note that you must have received a return number from us before a product is returned.

If you live in Sweden, Denmark or Finland, we will send out a return shipping note free of charge so you do not have to pay the return shipping. If you choose to send a return in another way, we will not reimburse expenses for return shipping.

In the unlikely event that a case would end up with ARN, the General Complaints Board, we follow their recommendation.

Any dispute must be resolved by either the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

We use https, which means that everything you do on OTiUM Store takes place over an encrypted connection.

Newsletter

When you shop with us, you automatically subscribe to our newsletter and also give consent for us to use your email address for marketing purposes. You can of course easily cancel your subscription.

Printing error

We reserve the right to print errors, stock balance errors and incorrect priced goods. We reserve the right to cancel or correct incorrect orders, but this is done as far as possible in consultation with you as a customer. This reservation also applies to texts in newsletters.
