 Use and care advice

 Wash the iron with water before use.  To reduce the risk of the food burning, it is a good idea to burn in the iron by greasing it and then heating it up a few times.

 Aluminum melts at 660 degrees.  Therefore, do not leave the iron in the fire for too long.

 Clean with water or paper.  Feel free to use work gloves when cleaning the iron to protect yourself from heat and dirt.

 Make sure the iron is dry and cool before putting it in the protective bag.
